Hotel reservations will only be made after registration has been completed through Eventbrite (please refer to the registration tab for additional information). Hotel reservations are limited to one room per Eventbrite registration. Reservations are not guaranteed. Reservations for the Ritz Carlton will be completed manually by a hotel representative and the conference registrar. You will not be able to call the hotel for a reservation. The Florida RIMS Conference reserves the right to cancel any reservation made directly through the hotel utilizing the Florida RIMS Conference room rate.

Coastal Room - $280 per night (includes resort fee), plus tax
The Ritz Carlton Tiburon, Golf Resort
Standard Room - $263 per night (includes resort fee), plus tax
