Registration will begin on April 22, 2024, for RIMS Members and Sponsors. .
General registration will begin on May 1, 2024.
All registrations will be completed through the Eventbrite website (link posted below)
Eventbrite will be credit card only. Checks will not be accepted.

All Sponsor and Speaker registrations will require a code which will be provided by the registrar.

2024 Florida RIMS Conference Registration
The registration process will include questions regarding hotel reservations. Responses to these questions will be used for room reservations. Room reservations will be completed manually so please be patient. Once rooms are sold out, a waiting list will automatically be created. 2024 Florida RIMS Conference Registration Information
The below information has been created as a tool to assist registrants with the Eventbrite process. Please review completely as some of the processes have changed and additional questions have been added.

A. General Registration Information
1. Select the appropriate ticket type. If you select a RIMS Member ticket option, you will be required to enter a valid RIMS Member number. If you do not know your RIMS member number, please go to rims.org (before registration opens) and log in to obtain your number.
2. As you complete the checkout process, you will be required to answer questions. Please review each question carefully.
a) Please note that the Preferred Name is what will appear on your printed name badge. Please check this for proper capitalization and spelling. The committee will do our best to catch errors, however it is your responsibility to ensure that your name is accurate.
b) Room reservations at the Ritz Carlton are limited and will be assigned manually. You will be asked about your interest in a room. Please review the options carefully. The Eventbrite system will provide a date and time stamped report that we will use for room assignment. Please allow 2 weeks after you register to receive an email regarding room information. You will not need to send an email requesting a room or requesting to be added to the waiting list.
3. The golf tournament is a separate option and does not include conference registration. You will still be required to purchase a registration for the conference. Please review all golf options closely as some are sponsor opportunities only. Any questions regarding the golf tournament should be sent to sfetherman@clarity-dx.com
